• A private equity (PE)-backed urology practice based in Austin, Texas had aggressive revenue growth goals to achieve and set its sights on the Denver, Colorado market as a prime area for expansion.
• This small, local practice sought quantitative data to strategically guide its decision to invest in new clinic locations in other areas of the country. However, the practice didn’t have the tools or resources to undertake a quantitative assessment on its own.
• The practice’s commercial real estate partner engaged Pivotal Analytics to deliver data-driven insights on the optimal submarkets in the Denver area to target. Using the Pivotal BI platform, the team segmented the market into sub-regions and scored them on the investment opportunity for a new urology clinic, based on advanced metrics that encompassed market activity and demographics.
